USA Lacrosse Age Groupings for play occurring between September 01, 2025 - August 31, 2026:

  • 8U (Age 8 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2017
  • 10U (Age 10 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2015
  • 12U (Age 12 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2013
  • 14U (Age 14 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2011

Practice Schedule

Team Practices will be held at Western Park in Cape Carteret on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 5:00-8:30 p.m. starting January 31st! 


Practice Schedule

  • Elementary School Teams (8U and 10U) practice 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
  • Middle School Team (12U and 14U) practice 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
