USA Lacrosse Age Groupings for play occurring between September 01, 2025 - August 31, 2026:
- Girls K-3rd Grade Players: Born on or after 09/01/2017
- **3rd grade families may choose between divisions to best suit your child’s experience level/comfort level.
- Girls 3d-5th Grade Players: Born on or after 09/01/2013
- Girls Middle School Players: Born on or after 09/01/2011
- Boys 8U (Age 8 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2017
- Boys 10U (Age 10 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2015
- Boys 12U (Age 12 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2013
- Boys 14U (Age 14 and Under) Players: Born on or after 09/01/2011
Practice Schedule
Girls Lacrosse Team Practices will be held at Western Park in Cape Carteret on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 5:00-7:30 p.m. starting January 30, 2026.
- Girls ES K-3rd Teams practice Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Girls ES 3rd-5th Teams practice Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Girls MS 6th-8th Teams practice Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Boys Lacrosse Team Practices will be held at Western Park in Cape Carteret on Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 5:00-8:30 p.m. starting January 30, 2026.
- Boys Elementary School Teams (8U and 10U) practice 5:00 - 6:30 p.m.
- Boys Middle School Teams (12U and 14U) practice 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
